🌟 Return Policy – Moda Cymatica

Thank you for shopping with Moda Cymatica. Because many of our products are custom-made or shipped directly from our trusted suppliers, we kindly ask that you review our return policy before making a purchase.


📦 Print-on-Demand Items (Apparel & Accessories)

All clothing and accessories are made-to-order through print-on-demand. As a result, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect sizing

  • Buyer’s remorse or change of mind

We recommend double-checking our size charts and product descriptions before placing your order.

However, if your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, we’ll make it right. Please email us at modacymatica@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order and include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the item(s)

  • A brief description of the issue

We’ll gladly offer a replacement or refund based on the situation.


🛍 Dropshipped Items (Jewelry, Bags, Accessories)

Some of our unique products are shipped directly from our suppliers. These items may have supplier-specific return rules, but in most cases, returns are only accepted if:

  • The product arrives damaged

  • You receive the wrong item

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos and your order number. We’ll coordinate with the supplier and do our best to resolve the issue.

  • Moda Cymatica does not accept returns for buyer’s remorse or incorrect size selections.

  • Returns are only processed for valid damage, misprint, or fulfillment errors.

  • Refunds, replacements, and store credits are issued on a case-by-case basis and at our discretion, depending on the issue and the policies of our partners.
